§ 01 — What I Do
01
As the tools become more potent, knowing what to do with them becomes critical. In Strategy, we surface your goals, resources and values to determine the outcomes worth building for. Then we map your actual operations and workflows, and design an AI & tech roadmap to get you there.
02
A fixed-scope build toward a defined outcome: automate impact capture to save hours in reporting, design a learning delivery system that reaches beneficiaries via WhatsApp, or connect the databases and tools your team already uses. Clearly scoped, priced upfront, delivered in weeks.
03
Masterclasses and hands-on capability building from someone who ships AI systems for a living. Bespoke sessions range from practical workflows and tools for impact funders to fundamentals such as responsible AI use and the role of technology in the impact sector.
Good systems, not more systems. Projects are designed for sustainability, with deep intention in whether and how we use AI.

Siddharth Chatterjee
Founder, Good Systems Lab
Our most important problems require our best ideas and tools. I started Good Systems to solve human problems through technology and nudge us towards a future where technology is built for the planet.
Before this, I was at AVPN, Asia's largest network of social impact funders, where I led masterclasses for senior leaders at Visa, MacArthur, and the Gates Foundation. The flagship learning event I helped create led to a $2.4M grant to establish the Commission on Asian Philanthropy.
I studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Yale-NUS College and Yale University with a focus on the Philosophy of Mind and Philosophy of Technology. I use that strategic lens to connect technology to human outcomes today.
